Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with a background in trauma and whole-person care. I integrate faith when it’s meaningful to you and provide a supportive space to work through anxiety, life transitions, and past experiences. My approach combines evidence-based practices with an understanding of how mental, emotional, and physical health are connected. I believe healing is possible, and I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on meeting you where you are. I use evidence-based practices and take a whole-person view, looking at how your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences connect. I work with anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, offering both support and gentle challenge. If it matters to you, I can also integrate faith into our work. My goal is to help you gain insight, build practical tools, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, your goals, and any important parts of your story. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your needs and begin creating a plan that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about the work ahead.
