Great to meet you!

A little about me: I'm casual, open-minded, and tend to have a calming presence. Most people leave my sessions feeling lighter than when they came in. I am down-to-earth, a genuine person, and I am not going to use big words for the sake of trying to sound smarter than I am. That said, I am good at what I do, and I take great pride in helping my clients find the right treatments. I strive to provide compassionate, individualized care and support to those struggling with mental health issues.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based practices, including a combination of medication management services and psychotherapy, to help clients achieve their mental health goals. I take a personalized approach to each client's care, tailoring treatments to meet their unique needs.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to work with my clients to help them find the right treatments and medications for them. You will leave my sessions feeling heard, cared for, and more hopeful.
