Great to meet you!

I bring experience as an outpatient therapist at Mass General Brigham (MGB), a Harvard-affiliated teaching hospital, where I have worked with diverse individuals and families facing complex challenges. My work has included supporting clients navigating chronic illness, grief, and loss, as well as managing anxiety and life transitions. I have helped families strengthen communication, cope with uncertainty, and build resilience during difficult times. This background informs a compassionate, evidence-based approach that is attuned to both the emotional and practical realities clients face.

My approach to therapy

I am a thoughtful, solution-oriented therapist who strives to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. My practice is grounded in research and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help clients build awareness and make meaningful, lasting changes. I work collaboratively to identify goals and develop practical, personalized strategies for growth. With compassion and curiosity at the core of my approach, I support clients in building insight, resilience, and skills that lead to a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space where they can share at their own pace. We will spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant history that helps guide our work. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences while also answering any questions you may have about the process. Together, we’ll begin to identify initial goals and outline a path forward that feels comfortable and collaborative. The focus is on building trust, clarity, and a strong foundation for meaningful change.
