Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Amanda! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Florida and South Carolina. I'm currently accepting clients who are ages 16+. I primarily work with female identifying and nonbinary folks.

I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely safe, understood, and supported. I became a Clinical Social Worker because helping people share their stories, express vulnerability, and feel truly seen gives me a deep sense of purpose. In my work, I focus on teaching practical, compassionate coping skills while offering empathy, validation, and a steady therapeutic presence. My goal is to be someone clients can trust; a grounded support as they navigate challenges, process emotions, and move toward meaningful growth. I'm also a Registered Yoga Teacher which naturally shapes how I show up in sessions.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and safe to explore what brings you to therapy. My approach is holistic and compassionate, integrating evidence-based therapies while honoring your unique experiences and goals. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficulty with setting boundaries. Together, we’ll focus on healing, growth, and helping you reconnect with your strengths so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll begin by answering any questions you may have about therapy or the process. From there, I’ll revisit what we discussed during your consultation call and begin a biopsychosocial assessment to better understand your experiences, history, and what brings you to therapy at this time. This session is collaborative, paced with care, and focused on helping you feel comfortable and understood.
