Great to meet you!
My name is Amanda Kriger, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, earned in 2016. I’ve been providing therapy services since then and obtained my LPC license in 2022. My experience includes working with adults facing substance use and co-occurring disorders, as well as individuals involved in the criminal justice system. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages—including children, adolescents, and adults—in both individual and group settings. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a clinical supervisor for pre-licensed clinicians, supporting their growth and professional development.I’m best positioned to support individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma, and those who are seeking to regain a sense of balance and control in their lives. I have a particular passion for working with first responders, understanding the unique stressors, challenges, and emotional toll that can come with serving others. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each person’s needs—focusing on strengths, resilience, and achievable goals. Whether you’re looking to manage difficult emotions, heal from past experiences, or build coping strategies for everyday life, I’m here to provide a supportive and collaborative space where meaningful change can happen.
