Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely seen, heard and accepted. My goal is to create a space where you be yourself without fear of judgement. A place where you can explore both the challenges you're facing and the strengths you already possess.

My approach to therapy

I understand that reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, and I don't take that trust for granted. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your experiences. I also believe meaningful growth comes from gently challenging unhelpful patterns and helping you develop new ways of coping and relating to yourself and others.

I don't believe people are defined by their diagnosis or their past. Every person's experiences have shaped who they are, and together we'll work to understand those experiences while building the skills and confidence needed to move forward. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, or a major life transition, we'll move at a pace that feels safe while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another better. My priority is creating a safe and welcoming space where you are able to share your story at your pace. This also provides us an idea if we are a good fit.

You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. That's part of my role.
