Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, substance use, co-occurring concerns, and life transitions. My experience spans community-based care, residential treatment, supportive housing, and work with veterans and individuals from a variety of backgrounds.

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. My goal is to create a genuine, supportive relationship where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable working toward what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and individualized. I draw from CBT, DBT-informed strategies, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based approaches based on your needs, experiences, and goals.

I don’t believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all. We’ll work together to better understand patterns, build on your strengths, develop useful coping strategies, and create changes that feel realistic and meaningful in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what feels most important right now, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

You don’t need to arrive with the right words or a perfectly organized story. We’ll start where you are, at a pace that feels comfortable, and begin identifying a direction for therapy together.
