Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in your head, wondering why you can’t seem to find peace? Maybe you’re always anticipating the worst, trying to please everyone around you, or carrying responsibilities that were never really yours to begin with. Even if your life looks fine on the outside, inside you might feel exhausted, tense, and unsure of who you really are. I help clients work through anxiety, fear, shame, and people-pleasing. Many of my clients are surprised to find that the roots of their anxiety go deeper than they realized. What feels like anxiety today is often connected to long-standing patterns and beliefs.

For those who desire faith-based support, I also offer Christian counseling. Together, we explore how your beliefs about God, yourself, and your worth shape your experience—and how reconnecting with your true identity in Christ can bring healing and freedom.

You may not be fully aware of those beliefs yet—and that’s okay. You don’t have to figure this out alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you. I offer telehealth sessions in Tennessee, Colorado, and Washington, with evening and weekend availability to fit your schedule. Reach out today to schedule a free 15-minute consultation—I’d love to hear your story.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches. That means we’ll focus both on practical strategies to manage anxiety and negative thought patterns, and on exploring how your past experiences may be shaping the way you see yourself and relate to others today.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in helping individuals struggling with anxiety and low self-esteem. Whether you're dealing with constant worry, social anxiety, perfectionism, or a persistent inner critic, I can support you in understanding the root causes of these feelings and building lasting change.
