Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Amanda. I wear many hats but some of my favorites are: wife, boy mom, and therapist. Much of my work has centered around supporting women through the messy, exhausting, and often isolating seasons of adulthood. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel trying to balance work, relationships, motherhood, the mental load, and somehow still make space for yourself in the middle of it all. Whether that’s burnout, anxiety, life transitions, parenting stress, relationship challenges, or simply not feeling like yourself anymore, I’m here to help you make sense of it. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2013 and have worked in the behavioral health field for over 15 years. While I bring clinical expertise to our work, I’m also just a person and someone navigating the chaos and beauty of real life right alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is casual, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I use a Solution-Focused framework and help you get to the root of what's going on. We’ll work together to map out realistic, meaningful steps toward change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Exhausted, overwhelmed, emotional, makeup-free in yesterday’s T-shirt, with a little one nearby. Real life is welcome here. If life feels heavy, chaotic, or like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way, I’d be honored to walk with you through it.
