Great to meet you!

I help adults and couples who are struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, communication, boundaries, people-pleasing, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical, using CBT, Gottman-informed techniques, and trauma-informed care to help you better understand patterns and create meaningful change. As part of Guided Hope Center, I believe finding the right therapist matters, and our team is here to help you feel comfortable and supported from the start. You can schedule directly or connect with our Clinical Director for a consultation to help determine the best fit for your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard and understood, while also gaining tools that help you create meaningful change outside of sessions. I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their individual needs, goals, relationships, and life experiences.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman-informed techniques, mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. My work often focuses on anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, boundaries, people-pleasing, relationship patterns, communication, conflict, trust, resentment, and major life transitions.

With individuals, we work to understand the patterns keeping you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and develop practical strategies for moving forward. With couples, I focus on improving communication, rebuilding emotional connection, navigating conflict, strengthening trust, and helping partners better understand and respond to one another.

As part of Guided Hope Center, my goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to help you understand the deeper patterns behind them and build changes that feel realistic and sustainable in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being honest, exploring difficult emotions, and working toward meaningful change. Therapy is collaborative, and we will develop clear, realistic goals based on what you want to be different in your life or relationships.

For individuals, goals may include reducing anxiety and stress, improving emotional regulation, strengthening self-esteem, setting healthier boundaries, decreasing people-pleasing, building confidence, processing past experiences, and developing healthier coping and communication skills. We may also work on identifying patterns that contribute to feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of yourself.

For couples, goals often include improving communication, reducing recurring conflict, rebuilding trust and emotional connection, working through resentment, increasing intimacy, and learning healthier ways to navigate disagreements. Using CBT, Gottman-informed techniques, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, I help clients develop practical skills they can use both in and outside of therapy.

At Guided Hope Center, we want therapy to feel like more than simply talking about what is wrong. The goal is to better understand the patterns underneath what you are experiencing and leave with tools, insight, and strategies that support lasting change.
