Great to meet you!

I love working with people carrying more than they let on — students and young adults, athletes and high performers, anyone in a heavier season of life. Many look put-together but privately feel anxious, stuck, or wrestling with identity and direction. I'm warm but direct: I'll help you build on what's working and name patterns honestly, even when it's uncomfortable, because real change needs it. I take an integrative approach, so we may also look at sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle alongside the emotional work, with crisis and trauma training when needed, and I stay connected with any other providers involved in your care.

I specialize in complex trauma, meaning-centered and existential therapy, and spirituality-integrated care, with strong assessment, diagnostic, and crisis intervention skills. I help driven people manage anxiety and perfectionism, perform at their best, and build integrated care for mind, body, and spirit — including sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle.

If you are exhausted from holding it all together, or unsure who you are beneath the pressure to perform, you do not have to carry it alone. You have more strength and clarity in you than you realize, and reaching out is often the first step toward reclaiming it. I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

Sessions with me feel more like a real conversation than a checklist. We won't just replay the same story every week — I'll help you notice the bigger patterns underneath what's going on, and I'll say what I'm noticing out loud, even before you've fully put it into words. We'll talk about what happened, but also what it means for who you're becoming. And since your body and mind are connected, sometimes we'll use simple tools to help you feel calmer physically, not just talk things through. You might leave with one small thing to try before we meet again — nothing complicated, just a way to practice what we talked about in everyday life. To me, progress isn't about "feeling happy" all the time. It's about feeling more like yourself, with steadier footing than when we started.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is mostly about getting to know you — there's no pressure to have everything figured out, and nothing you say will be judged. We'll talk about what's going on right now, what's felt hard lately, and what you're hoping will feel different, and I'll also ask about your background — things like your childhood and family history — since that context helps me understand the full picture. Because I take an integrative approach, I'll ask about your everyday life too: how you're sleeping, eating, and handling stress, and even things like family health history, since lifestyle and genetics can play a real role in how you feel. By the end, you won't leave with a strict plan, but you will have a clear sense of what we'll work on together and what the next few sessions might look like. Mostly, I just want you to walk out feeling heard and a little lighter than when you walked in.
