Great to meet you!

I am so glad you are here! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of therapy experience. I work virtually with teens, young adults, and women. Areas of focus include stress and anxiety management, adjustment to life changes, body image, and peri and post-natal challenges.

I received a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology at Evangel University.

My approach to therapy

My hope is that my clients would become empowered to rewrite their stories, reclaim joy, and find healing through a holistic therapeutic approach. I take a collaborative approach with my clients to ensure specific therapy goals are being worked toward. The therapy modalities I use combine thought/behavioral work along with somatic (whats happening in the body) work through an attachment and trauma informed lens.

What you can expect from me

When working with me, you can expect warmth, connection, and encouragement during our time together. I understand that reaching out can be a scary step for many. I will work with you at a pace that feels safe and help you identify what you hope to get out of the therapy process.
