Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, respected, and actively involved in the process. My goal is to create a supportive space where we can explore what is getting in the way, identify patterns, and work toward meaningful change. I tailor therapy to each person rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, curious, and solution-oriented. I work collaboratively with clients to understand both the challenges they are facing and the strengths they already bring. I ask thoughtful questions, offer practical strategies, and help clients develop greater insight while keeping therapy focused on the goals that matter most to them.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and understand what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to change or improve. You do not need to have everything figured out before we meet. My aim is for you to leave with a clearer sense of what we can work on together and whether I feel like the right fit for you.
