Great to meet you!

I received my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and have had the privilege of working with people with a wide variety of anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, low self-esteem, and interpersonal problems. I particularly enjoy helping people with perfectionism, excessive worrying, low self-esteem, and obsessive compulsive disorder. I also love to work with adolescents, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented with the use of specific evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

It is truly a privilege to help my clients heal and regain a deeper understanding of themselves. I would love the opportunity to build this type of relationship with you and work together to support you in creating impactful change in your life. Wherever you are on your journey, we can navigate it together.

What you can expect from me

As a licensed therapist in New York and Connecticut, my priority is creating an emotionally safe environment for my clients that fosters trust and acceptance. The therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in determining the success of therapy. When a client feels emotionally safe, they are able to be vulnerable and share their deepest feelings and concerns. This allows us to collaborate and dive deeply into your goals to generate a positive therapeutic outcome. It is my priority to also create a space that is inclusive of all individuals, and to utilize an anti-oppressive framework that fosters an emotionally safe space of non-judgement, warmth, and understanding. I have a genuine curiosity about my clients and love to get to know them on a deep level.
