Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut, and I help people work through anxiety, trauma, and family conflict with steadiness and warmth. If you're looking for a space to be heard without judgment, I'd love to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns, Emotion Focused Therapy to build a stronger relationship with your own feelings, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to move toward practical, achievable goals. I also work with families using a strength-based lens that meets each person where they are. My sessions are collaborative: I listen first, then work with you to build a plan that fits your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is a conversation, not an interview. I'll ask what brought you in, what's felt hard lately, and what you're hoping will be different. Most clients leave feeling like someone finally understood the full picture, and relieved they don't have to carry it alone.
