Great to meet you!

With many years of clinical experience, I have worked with individuals navigating a broad range of mental health and life challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger management, and emotional regulation difficulties. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. I believe everyone has unique strengths and the capacity for growth, even during difficult times. My goal is to help clients build resilience, overcome obstacles, and recognize their potential to create meaningful, lasting change. You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's needs, strengths, and goals. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to help clients develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. I believe therapy is not just about managing challenges, but also about discovering strengths, fostering resilience, and reaching one's full potential. I meet clients where they are, offering compassion, encouragement, and practical tools to support personal growth and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're unsure where to start. My goal is to make your first session a comfortable, welcoming experience where you can share your concerns at your own pace without fear of judgment. We will begin by exploring what brings you to therapy, discussing your experiences and goals, and identifying what you hope to gain from the process. This is also an opportunity for us to begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship and determine how I can best support you. You don't need to have all the answers or a clear plan. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore opportunities for growth, and begin developing a path toward greater resilience, confidence, and well-being.
