Great to meet you!

If you've spent much of your life focusing on other people's needs, it can feel unfamiliar to focus on your own. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want you to feel heard and understood, while also helping you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll work toward building confidence, strengthening your voice, and creating more balanced, authentic relationships.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel both supported and challenged. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. Together, we'll work to understand the experiences and patterns that have shaped you while building practical skills to help you navigate relationships, set boundaries, and feel more confident in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to start getting to know one another. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, and what changes you'd like to see in your life. There's no pressure to share everything at once or have the "right" words. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable while beginning to identify goals and a path forward together.
