Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor with over ten years of experience. I have had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults in their efforts to address various issues including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, chronic and acute mental illness, substance misuse, disability, and behavioral disorders.

My approach to therapy

Throughout the therapeutic process, I work to create an environment that is safe and supportive. We may work on a variety of issues including increasing personal insight, improving relationships, managing stress, and developing effective coping strategies. My approach is individualized. I work collaboratively with you to reach goals that you find practical, important, and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can be a daunting task. It is my goal to make sure that you feel comfortable with the entire process. We are all so unique and so it is important to me that I take the time to get to know who you are. I will work with you to better understand your needs and make sure that I am able to help you meet those needs. You deserve to grow the strength and peace that are already inside of you.
