Great to meet you!

Are you feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship challenges? Do you ever feel like no matter how hard you try, things just don’t seem to get better? You’re not alone—and change is possible.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with individuals who are navigating the emotional toll of anxiety, depression, loss of identity, and difficulties in maintaining healthy connections. My approach focuses on helping you recognize unhelpful thought and behavior patterns while developing practical tools to respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

I am a Certified DBT therapist using mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance to support lasting change. As a Certified Grief-Informed Professional, I provide compassionate care to help clients process loss and rebuild meaning with resilience and hope.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a relaxed and supportive environment where you can take a deep breath and just be yourself. We’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what led you to reach out for therapy right now. You don’t need to have everything figured out—I’ll help guide the conversation so we can begin understanding what’s been feeling heavy or overwhelming for you.

This session is about creating a space that feels safe, compassionate, and collaborative. We’ll explore what you’d like to get out of therapy, discuss any symptoms or challenges you’ve been facing, and start identifying patterns that might be keeping you stuck. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you as we build tools to help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.
