Amanda Miltenberg

Hello, my name is Amanda and I have been a practicing Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 10 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient, and have been in private practice for 7 years. I am warm, empowering, and supportive and I look forward to meeting you so that we can determine what goals will help you change your life!

I primarily utilize a person centered approach with a CBT background. I encourage you to take the lead and navigate sessions with what is of utmost importance to you. I am motivating, direct, and here to thoughtfully challenge you so that you can rewrite your future and improve your life.

I strive to maintain a collaborative approach in all that we do in therapy together. It is important you establish goals that are significant for you and I will be here to support and guide you through the ups and downs that arise along the way.
