Great to meet you!

In my practice, I work with a diverse range of clients, each bringing their own unique stories, strengths, and challenges. Trauma can appear as anxiety, self-doubt, or difficulty feeling safe. I use modalities that prioritize safety, empowerment, and emotional insight to help you reconnect with you. While I specialize in supporting young adults, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and divorced or single mothers, my work is not limited to these populations. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are seeking healing, growth, and a deeper understanding of themselves. No matter where you are in your journey, you’re welcome here.

My approach to therapy

I know firsthand how challenging mental health struggles can be, and this personal understanding has fueled my passion for helping others navigate their own paths toward healing. Through our work together, I aim to help you connect more deeply with yourself, build resilience, and foster self-acceptance.

My approach is holistic and individualized, combining cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and internal family systems (IFS) to help clients reframe negative thoughts, improve emotion regulation, and develop healthier coping skills. This combination of modalities helps clients connect with the parts of themselves that need healing, foster self-compassion, and build a more positive sense of self and emotional well-being. No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to do it alone—I’m here to support you with warmth, compassion, and a sincere commitment to helping you thrive.

What you can expect from me

Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected. Whether you’re exploring identity, managing relationships, healing from trauma, or navigating life transitions, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to grow. I take a trauma-informed, holistic, and solution-focused approach recognizing healing involves the mind, body, and emotions.

I know that taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I encourage you to reach out with any questions to ensure we’re the right fit. I am happy to offer a free 15-minute consultation. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start, I’ll meet you where you are with empathy and care.
