I work with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. Many of my clients are students or professionals who tend to minimize their distress, feel disconnected from their emotions, or feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and adaptive to your needs. I utilize interventions applicable to your specific concerns. In therapy, we focus on increasing emotional awareness, strengthening nervous system regulation, and building trust in your own thoughts, feelings, and decisions. I offer a confidential, supportive space to process anxiety, burnout, or past experiences without fear of judgment. My approach combines evidence-based tools like EMDR, CBT, DBT, Gottman Levels 1 &2 couples therapy, family therapy, and play therapy, with a compassionate, down-to-earth style.
