Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Amanda Moxley—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience helping clients navigate life’s transitions with more clarity, confidence, and peace.

I'm married to my "SoulMan" of 20+ years. We are blessed to be parents of two fabulous teens, a golden retriever and one eyed cat we call "Pirate Lee"! I love skiing, mountain biking and traveling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I support adults, couples, and high-achieving women experiencing anxiety, burnout, life shifts, relationship challenges, or a desire for deeper purpose and fulfillment. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your true self, I offer a grounded space (and often, a literal path) to explore your next steps. (Walk and Talk therapy, anyone?)

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy with me is a safe space for truth-telling, growth, and gentle yet powerful breakthroughs.

Clients often say they feel seen, validated, and finally “back in control” of their lives again. Whether in individual sessions or couples therapy, we’ll work to create lasting transformation that aligns with your values.
