Over the years I have worked with a variety of clients from various backgrounds in a community based outpatient clinic and most recently I have worked primarily with pregnant and postpartum women. I received my bachelors from the University of California, San Diego in human development and my masters from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and hope to provide care in a setting that feels safe and supportive as you explore your story, emotions, and behaviors. I meet you where you are and build a therapeutic alliance based in mutual trust and respect. I work individually with adolescents and adults and I utilize an eclectic approach, drawing from evidence-based practices.
