Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, passionate about helping individuals and families find freedom from food and body image struggles. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported while also being challenged toward meaningful growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, integrating CBT-E, DBT, ACT, Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Motivational Interviewing, and emotion-focused interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. I have experience across outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential levels of care, working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families navigating eating disorders, anxiety, perfectionism, body image concerns, and life transitions. I believe lasting recovery is built through authentic connection, self-compassion, and practical skill; not shame or perfection. My goal is to help every client move beyond symptom reduction toward a life that feels full, meaningful, and aligned with their values.
