I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with supervisory designation. I have been practicing since 2014 and have worked in a variety of settings. My primary foci are couples, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I like to work with people on improving their relationships, managing anxiety (including panic attacks), and improving coping skills to manage depression.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy to build clients and empower them to reach their therapeutic goals.
