I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 6 years of experience in the field treating the lifespan, primarily working in community nonprofits ranging from domestic violence shelters to integrative community healthcare centers. Expressive Arts Therapy is a passion of mine and I have certification in administering the Mandala Research Assessment Instrument (MARI) and my Level 1 training in Guided Imagery and Music.

My approach to therapy incorporates an eclectic array of techniques with the basic foundation of the therapeutic impact of regaining lost power in a world in which we often feel powerless. I specialize in the treatment of sexual assault survivors, PTSD, and issues of generational trauma.
