Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping adults and couples navigate relationship difficulties, trauma and PTSD, and women’s and maternal mental health. I have a special interest in infertility and TTC, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum concerns, and the transition to motherhood. I also work extensively with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. I believe you are the expert in your own life, while my role is to bring clinical experience, perspective, and guidance to our work together. I’m an active therapist who provides thoughtful feedback, helps clients recognize patterns, and offers practical tools for meaningful change. I tailor therapy to the individual or couple in front of me because no two people, relationships, or experiences are the same.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to really understand you—what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope will feel different. I’ll ask questions about your experiences, relationships, and goals while giving you space to ask questions and make sure I feel like the right fit. Together, we’ll begin identifying the patterns or concerns that feel most important and develop a direction for our work.
