Great to meet you!

Everyone should have a safe space to work through the toughest times. I keep things down-to-earth, real, and free of clinical jargon. I believe true healing is about looking at the whole picture of who you are. Our mental health is deeply connected to our physical well-being, our environments, and how we move through the world. I blend traditional counseling with holistic wellness, incorporating nature-based practices and body awareness to support your overall well-being. I work with adults and teens, and enjoy working with those in helping professions. As a school counselor, I offer specialized insight and support for students navigating challenges both at home and at school.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping you regain ownership of your life and choices. Therapy isn't just about coping with trauma or ACEs; it’s about turning pain into a catalyst for change. Stress, burnout, trauma- whatever it is, it doesn't have to define your life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a space where you feel truly yourself as we integrate your history and awaken your agency.

My foremost value is establishing a deep level of understanding and trust so you feel safe.
