Great to meet you!

I know that reaching out for help often feels like the hardest part. My goal is to make our first steps together feel safe, steady, and deeply human. I don’t just see a "client"—I see a person with a unique story, incredible resilience, and a longing to feel like themselves again. In our space, there is no judgment, only room for you to breathe and be heard.

My approach to therapy

My passion is to help women reclaim their sovereign sense of agency. Beyond just "managing" trauma or ACEs, we dive into Existential Transpersonal Psychology to turn pain into a catalyst for growth. I help you transcend the limitations of your past, reconnecting you to a higher purpose and the resilient, authentic strength that has always lived within you.

What you can expect from me

You’ve survived the "hard part"—now let’s focus on the living. My goal is to provide a space where you feel truly held as we integrate your history and awaken your agency. If you’re ready to move from a place of survival to one of soulful presence, I’d be honored to support you.

Together, we’ll build a relationship rooted in trust and warmth, creating a soft place to land before we begin the brave work of unfolding your story and reclaiming your life.
