With a strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma informed practices and a passion for fostering meaningful change, I bring a client-centered and strengths-based approach to therapeutic work. My clinical experience includes working with individuals and couples across diverse backgrounds, and my training in EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) allows me to support clients navigating complex emotional and relational challenges.
My training in EMDR has equipped me to work effectively with trauma, while DBT provides a structured framework for clients dealing with emotion regulation and interpersonal difficulties. I integrate these modalities with a strengths-based lens, helping clients identify their inner resources and build resilience. I value working in settings where clinical excellence is paired with a commitment to inclusivity, integrity, and genuine human connection.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for each individual’s right to autonomy. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore, grow, and define their own paths to healing. Whether I am helping a couple rebuild connection or guiding an individual through trauma recovery, I strive to create a safe and affirming environment grounded in empathy, authenticity, and evidence-informed care.
