Great to meet you!

I’m an honest, caring, and dedicated therapist who enjoys working with adults at all stages of life. I’m passionate about helping you feel like your best self, overcome obstacles, and create a more fulfilled and meaningful life.

I strive to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged while also being challenged to grow. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing you recognize your strengths, achieve your goals, and make meaningful changes in your life. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, affirming, energetic, solution-focused, and direct. I believe that sometimes a different perspective can help us see new possibilities. I enjoy helping you develop practical ways to manage stress, navigate triggers, work through challenges, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore your goals. I’ll listen without judgment, help you identify challenges and patterns, and offer a different perspective when helpful.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll take it one step at a time and work together toward meaningful, positive change.
