Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to helping college students and young professionals navigate ADHD, anxiety, and the unique challenges that can come with thinking and learning differently.

In addition to a doctorate in psychology, I hold a master's degree in couples and family therapy. My education, combined with extensive experience in college counseling and conducting ADHD/ASD evaluations, has given me a deep understanding of how neurodiversity shapes every aspect of a person's life from academic and career success to relationships, self-esteem, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy blends practical, evidence-based strategies with deeper exploration of the beliefs, values, and patterns that shape our lives.

Many people find themselves caught in cycles of over functioning, people-pleasing, or perfectionism that once helped them succeed but now leave them feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from what matters most.

While new skills and strategies are important, lasting change also comes from understanding the beliefs that keep these patterns in place.

What you can expect from me

Growth often requires stepping into uncomfortable territory, which is why my primary focus in our first session is building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel fully supported.

You can expect an environment characterized by curiosity, warmth, humor, and encouragement as I learn about your life and your vision for the future. Together, we will collaborate to outline a personalized treatment plan.
