Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Dr. Pham. I’m a double board-certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist specializing in comprehensive and compassionate psychiatric care for children, teens, young adults, and pregnant or postpartum women (typically ages 5-50).

I completed my Psychiatry Residency at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and my Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

I am here to support you or your child in finding clarity and relief for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, maternal mental health, and other mental health challenges.

You're welcome to learn more about my practice at constellationpsychiatry.com and can book directly there as well.

My approach to therapy

My practice style is holistic and collaborative. I take the time to explore the complete picture by considering the unique experiences, daily stressors, lifestyle factors, and key relationships that contribute to mental health. If medication is involved, I take a purposeful and gentle approach to prescribing and de-prescribing. I also combine non-medication approaches, including psychotherapy, behavioral skills, and lifestyle strategies. This integrative approach allows me to go beyond individual symptoms to address the whole person.

What you can expect from me

BOOKING PROCESS

1) When you request your appointment through Headway, I will send you a brief questionnaire to make sure I’m the right fit for your needs. It will only take a few minutes. Please aim to complete this as soon as possible so I can confirm the appointment.

2) Once your appointment is confirmed, I’ll send over more information and intake forms to complete.

WHAT TO EXPECT

In our partnership together, you can expect a warm and non-judgmental space where compassion meets evidence-based care. The initial evaluation for adults takes 60 minutes. The initial evaluation for kids/teens involves at least one parent/legal guardian and takes 90 minutes. Follow-up appointments take up to 30 minutes.

For kids and teens, I balance respect for your child’s growing individuality with respect for the vital role that parents and caregivers play in nurturing and supporting their child. At least one parent/legal guardian should be present during our appointments. I work closely with both child/teen patients along with their parents and caregivers to make sure everyone has the right tools.

My goal is to help empower each individual to find balance, reach their full potential, and shine their brightest.
