Great to meet you!

I work best with thoughtful, high-functioning women who are used to handling everything on their own — but underneath that, feel overwhelmed, burned out, or like something from the past is still running the show.

Most of my clients are self-aware and motivated. What brings them to therapy is that insight alone hasn't been enough to change the patterns — the over-responsibility, the anxiety, the emotional shutdown, the difficulty asking for what they need. That's exactly the kind of stuck I know how to work with.

I care a lot that therapy actually moves somewhere for you — not just that it feels supportive, but that something real shifts.

My approach to therapy

I work with the whole picture — not just what's happening now, but how your history, your nervous system, and early relationship patterns are still shaping things today.

My main tools are EMDR for processing stuck trauma, parts-based work for making sense of internal conflict, and nervous system-informed approaches that help your body actually feel safe. I also weave in attachment, CBT, DBT, and somatic work depending on what you need.

Sessions have direction, but they're shaped around you, not a protocol.

What you can expect from me

Mostly, a real conversation. I'll want to know what's bringing you in, what you've tried, and what you actually want to be different — not just symptom relief, but real change.

By the end, you'll have a genuine sense of how I work and whether it feels like a fit. I offer telehealth and am licensed in Kentucky, Ohio, Florida, Texas, and Virginia. If this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
