Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I enjoy working with a variety of individuals and specialize in working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions , LGBTQ+ issues or relationship challenges.

I offer a range of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Person-Centered Therapy, and use a strengths based approach. Clients can expect a compassionate and supportive environment where they work collaboratively with me to explore challenges, set goals, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for personal growth.
