Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist offering in-person sessions in the Thousand Oaks area of Southern California, and telehealth to folks throughout California. I decided to become a therapist after many years of working in corporate America, and I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and LMFT license.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, nonjudgmental, and curious approach to therapy. I focus on creating a high-trust, emotionally safe space where you can be fully honest (even about the things that feel difficult to say out loud) so we can get to what’s really going on beneath the surface. I work with people navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are overthinkers, feel emotionally overwhelmed at times, or find themselves overcommitted and unsure how to slow down. Others come in with a general sense of dissatisfaction or feeling “stuck,” even if they can’t quite pinpoint why. In our work together, we’ll build insight, develop practical tools, and explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, so you can feel more grounded, clear, and aligned in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your background, and any patterns or experiences that feel important to where you are now. We’ll also discuss what you’re hoping to get out of therapy and how we’ll know our work together is helping. I’ll answer any questions you have and walk you through what our work might look like moving forward. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. This is a space where we can begin to sort through things together, at your pace.
