Specializes in

ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression

Great to meet you!

I grew up in the Tampa Bay area, and I completed my Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of South Florida. While at the University of South Florida I conducted research on adolescent girls with a history of behavioral disorders and self-harm to identify the function of their behaviors which led to intervention development and treatment. I obtained my specialization in the area of child and adolescent psychotherapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, with habit reversal training (HRT) and exposure response prevention (ERP), as needed, depending on the individual needs of the person I am working with. I am constantly training and researching to stay abreast of the most evidence-based treatments possible.

What you can expect from our first session

I view the therapeutic process as collaborative in nature and seek to facilitate a safe environment.
