Great to meet you!

I support adults and professionals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, grief, and ongoing life pressures. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that affect their mood, confidence, and connections with others. If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own, feeling misunderstood, or struggling to manage stress, you’re not alone.

My work focuses on helping you understand what’s fueling your symptoms, break unhelpful patterns, and build healthier ways of coping. I also offer faith‐integrated Christian counseling for clients who want to include their spiritual values in the healing process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. You can expect a mix of compassionate listening and clear, actionable strategies you can begin using right away.

I integrate

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths‐based techniques,
  • Christian counseling

Clients often share that they appreciate my grounded, supportive style and the way I help them feel understood while also moving toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will:

  • Explore what’s been weighing on you emotionally
  • Identify patterns contributing to anxiety, depression, or relationship stress
  • Review your history, strengths, and current stressors
  • Clarify your goals and what you want to feel or experience differently
  • Discuss whether you’d like to integrate faith‐based support

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and more hopeful about your next steps.
