Great to meet you!

Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up quickly, and my goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and not judged—especially during life’s most difficult moments.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals and families move from surviving to thriving.

I work with teens and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and stress or burnout. I also have extensive experience supporting families navigating complex systems such as schools, mental health care, and community resources.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both warm and practical. I help clients better understand themselves while also developing tools they can use in daily life to feel more grounded and in control. Therapy with me is collaborative and respectful of each person’s unique story, strengths, and goals.

I welcome all clients into my practice and am committed to supporting those in the LGBTQ+ community.

Whether you are seeking therapy for the first time or returning after past experiences, I strive to make the process feel supportive, empowering, and grounded in hope. The first session is simply a conversation where we get to know each other and begin understanding what you’d like to be different.

What you can expect from me

If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion, honesty, and practical support, I’d be honored to work with you.
