Great to meet you!

I work to build genuine, collaborative relationships with my clients, emphasizing teamwork and encouraging your active participation throughout the counseling process. I view you as the expert in your own lived experience and believe that together, we can identify realistic, meaningful solutions to life’s challenges.

I use an integrative, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach that draws from Solution-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I am also a Level I Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapy practitioner, incorporating mind-body awareness to support the processing of experiences that may continue to impact your current functioning.

As a queer-identifying therapist, I bring both personal and professional insight to my practice. I strive to create an affirming, inclusive, and judgment-free space where clients feel safe exploring their identities, relationships, and unique life experiences. I recognize that each person’s journey is different, and I work collaboratively with you to honor your lived experience while supporting you in developing greater self-understanding, authenticity, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My work centers on helping you recognize and build upon your existing strengths, develop greater self-compassion, and cultivate hope and self-confidence as you navigate obstacles and pursue personal growth and wellness.

I am sex-positive and kink-affirming, and I welcome clients exploring sexuality, relationships, and consensual non-monogamy. I believe therapy should provide a nonjudgmental space to explore pleasure, intimacy, identity, and relationships in ways that feel authentic and liberating to you. Through a trauma-informed and pleasure-centered lens, I can support you in processing past experiences while developing healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on me gathering information about you, and setting goals together for therapy sessions.

If you’re looking for a gentle, supportive space to process the past and move forward with strength, I would be honored to support you!
