Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, specializing in creative arts and evidence-based talk therapies. My therapeutic practice uniquely blends traditional talk therapy with innovative approaches such as psychedelic-assisted therapy (when appropriate), offering clients diverse pathways to healing and self-discovery.

My journey into therapy began through my experience as a yoga instructor. Teaching yoga deepened my understanding of the powerful connection between mind, body, and spirit, inspiring me to pursue formal training in mental health to help others achieve well-being.

Today, my practice supports adults and young adults navigating a range of issues, including bipolar-related challenges, anxiety, chronic depression, and trauma.

I believe that healing is profoundly personal, and my approach is empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals. I'm passionate about creating a safe, inclusive therapeutic environment that empowers clients to live authentically and with greater joy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach psychotherapy as a collaborative journey, following my client's lead to honor their unique experiences and goals. While providing space for self-exploration, I also offer structured guidance and practical frameworks designed to expand their personal toolkit. My goal is to empower each client with tangible strategies and resources, equipping them to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from our first session

During our time together, you will learn strategies to better manage mood swings, anxiety, and/or depression. You'll build skills to effectively handle life's challenges, moving beyond just surviving to truly thriving.
