Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works primarily with children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, behavioral concerns, low self-esteem, family conflict, and life transitions. My approach is warm, playful, and collaborative, using play-based techniques, expressive activities, and practical coping strategies based on each client’s age and needs. I am also completing advanced training toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, solution-focused, and collaborative. I create a safe space where clients can express themselves, explore their experiences, and build practical skills at a pace that feels comfortable. I use play-based interventions with children and incorporate cognitive-based strategies, expressive arts, and family sessions with adolescents and young adults when appropriate. I also partner with parents and caregivers to strengthen communication, support healthy boundaries, and improve family relationships.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space to begin sharing what brings them to therapy. We will talk about current concerns, strengths, goals, and what they hope to gain from the therapeutic process. For children and adolescents, I also work with caregivers to better understand the child’s needs and identify practical ways to support progress at home. My goal is for each client to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps.
