Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and have been working with a variety of client populations for over 15 years. I have a PhD in Forensic Psychology with an emphasis in Victimology. I have helped individuals of all ages with depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, grief/loss, parenting concerns, relationship challenges, addictions, trauma, abuse, emotional regulation, and adjustment issues stemming from difficulties with transitions in life. I have helped families understand how to support their loved ones who are facing these concerns.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm and interactive and my goal is to offer different perspectives to help you in your journey to wellness. I integrate my kindness, humor and objectivity to assist my clients and I believe in treating others with honesty, respect, sensitivity, and compassion, without judgment. My approach combines client centered therapy and holistic processing to address the wholeness and wellness of the entire person.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help my clients be the best version of themselves and live the best life that is fulfilling and authentic to them. The process of uncovering, discovering, and initiating change takes courage. I am here to support and encourage you as you become that best version of yourself. I look forward to working with you!
