Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of Texas. In 2020, I earned my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M International University, along with a Certificate in Bilingual Counseling. I also received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M International University in 2014. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults by providing individual and family counseling for a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.

My approach to therapy

I utilize evidence-based and integrative therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). When working with children and adolescents, I also incorporate play therapy techniques and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support their developmental and emotional needs. I strive to provide individualized care that reflects each client's strengths, goals, and unique experiences.

What you can expect from me

As a dedicated and compassionate counselor, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, and challenges, and be themselves. My therapeutic approach is holistic and client-centered, utilizing evidence-based techniques to empower individuals to gain insight, build resilience, and achieve personal goals.
