Great to meet you!

Originally from the Midwest, I completed by undergraduate degree in psychology from Ohio University. I went on to complete a Masters in Clinical Professional Counseling at Roosevelt University in Chicago where I graduated in 2014. I am licensed in Colorado and Illinois and I have been working in the field since 2011.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to offer a safe space to share, process, get feedback, set goals, and implement coping skills. The majority of my experience comes from treating mood, anxiety, and trauma related concerns. I have training in several approaches to behavioral therapy including DBT, ACT, and ERP.

What you can expect from me

My clients usually start therapy to better understand interpersonal patterns they engage with, to increase coping skills to navigate a life change or stressor, and/or increase their insight into where sudden shifts in their mood or stress level might be coming from.
