Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Amanda. Thanks for visiting my profile. Whatever your reason is for being here is the right one. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor and I have 10+ years of experience.

My intention is to help you explore what has made you think, act, and behave the way you do, and navigate how to make your patterns more productive for you. I want to help you to feel good in your most authentic self and be confident in yourself and your decisions.

My approach to therapy

My approach will be specialized towards your needs, and geared towards taking what you've been through in your past and applying it towards self-understanding to help you in the present and future.

What you can expect from me

When working with me, you will learn to look at yourself through all lenses. With the understanding that “no feeling is final,” we will explore how we can change the nature of your position. You’ll learn what’s contributed to the ways in which you love yourself and others- your outcome will reflect the many ways you can grow. We will meet regularly- we will laugh together (even when tears are also shed); I will hold a metaphorical mirror to you, as you come to therapy to learn and be challenged.
