Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC). I take a warm, collaborative, and mindfulness-based approach to therapy, creating a space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. I work with adults and older adults, including autistic adults and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, grief, burnout, life transitions, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm and supportive approach to therapy and believe that you know yourself best. We’ll work together to understand what you’re going through and find coping skills that work for you. I often use grounding, mindfulness, and body-based techniques to help with stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed. I also focus on your strengths while helping you build new tools and ways to manage the things that feel harder.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss what you’re hoping to work on and what you would like to get out of therapy. I’ll also ask questions to better understand what you’ve been experiencing and what support might be most helpful. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the start.
