Hi! I’m Amanda Ruiz Montero, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with about five years experience supporting children, adults, and families. My goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward feeling more balanced and confident in your life.
I believe every person is unique, and therapy should be a space that feels personal to you. Rather than telling you what you “should” do, I’ll work alongside you to explore what feels right and what works best for your life. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build confidence in your abilities, and feel empowered to become the best version of yourself.
Our first session is a chance for us to briefly get to know each other and for me to learn more about you or your child. We’ll go over some basic information, your history, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of it. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the start!
