Great to meet you!

As a licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, as well as a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor, I am committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while empowering them to build resilience and develop a greater emotional well-being. With nearly 20 years in the field, I specialize in providing support for clients dealing with depression, anxiety, substance use, and relationship issues.

Currently, I am available for evening sessions on a bi-weekly basis.

My approach to therapy

My approach is a client-centered focus, offering clients a safe-space to explore their thoughts and feelings openly, while being provided the support and encouragement to overcome obstacles and live a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session my hope is to create a safe place for clients to feel comfortable enough to share their story as well as get their questions answered. Therapy can be intimidating and scary to start, but together we will navigate a plan that works for you!
