Great to meet you!

Hello, My name is Amanda. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I see patients across the life span. I work in the emergency department and crisis as well as see patients in an outpatient setting.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence‐based practice. I believe that mental and physical health are deeply connected, and I work with clients to understand the full picture of what’s affecting their well‐being—not just symptoms, but life stressors, medical history, environment, and personal goals.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a supportive, judgment‐free space where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment. Care is never one‐size‐fits‐all. Together, we develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, education, lifestyle strategies, and coordination with therapy or other healthcare providers as needed.
